I am... so... sick... of snow.
Seriously... every NJ winter that I experience reminds me that I'm really ready to move to warmer pastures.

Ok. Complaining quota = filled.

I was able to get some more scarves done this weekend and I'm really happy with how they turned out. These guys are special-order, but I'm hoping that they will generate some commission orders.

Also, once the Holiday orders are filled, I think I'm going to make one for myself. Believe it or not, I don't have one of my own! It's time.

Here is the lovely Esmeralda modeling my two latest creations:

In other news, I think I'm ready to venture into the world of clothing. I saw this adorable knit skirt at a store I like and thought, "I can make something like that!"

So, I shall.

Mwahahahahhaahhahahaha.

Cool. I'd be interested to see what type of skirt you come up with!

My roommate has been knitting like crazy lately. Its fun to see her progress during the week.

I don't know what it is about knitting, but I get very frustrated with it. I am typically a very patient person, but I have yet to get to that point where I want to continue knitting beyond what is basically just a swatch. If I had more down time, or the cunningness to knit on the subway, I bet that would change.

Knitting scares the hell out of me.
I'm afraid to learn. I watched Anna knitting last weekend and my brain started short-circuiting.

Crocheting is my zen... I'm just starting to try out new stitches. I've been using the single-crochet and afghan stitches for the past several years. It's time.
